Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and proof of purchase.
Depending on the goods you order, we ship as quickly as the next day. We ship out of San Miguel De Allende, GTO or Cuernavaca, Morelos (central Mexico) and we ship to any country worldwide.
Depending on where we ship, please allow up to 4 weeks for your goods to arrive. Usually anywhere in US, Canada, and Europe it takes anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks for your goods to arrive.
